Utah’s Right To Work Policy

Utah is a “Right to Work State” which allows both union and non-union crew to work on a Utah production. While it is NOT required for a production to use an IATSE or TEAMSTER union when filming in Utah, the union status of a production is determined by whether or not the production company and its affiliates’ are signatory with the unions.

• Producers Guild of America
