The Director, Technology Services is charged with the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all Information Technology (IT) systems and functions across all onsite and remote locations to meet organizational requirements. This position oversees several direct year-round reports across the help desk, network, and system administration teams as well as seasonal Sundance Film Festival support IT employees.
This full-time position is based out of our Park City, Utah office with regular opportunities to work remotely throughout the year.

The Utah Film Commission is seeking to hire a Data Support Specialist. This position will assist in tracking, collecting, and analyzing data related to film projects in Utah. This role will focus on determining the economic impact of these projects on a per-county basis in order to create reports for the executive team and county partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Consolidate and organize data fields for efficient analysis and reporting.
Analyze data to determine the economic impact of film projects on a per-county basis.
Identify trends, patterns, and key insights that highlight the economic contribution of film activities in different counties.
Prepare county-specific reports that reflect the economic outcomes of film projects across Utah.
Prepare various approaches for communicating data insights to diverse stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
This role requires a strong self-starter with high organizational skills, attention to detail across multiple business channels, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of data management, including data entry, data cleaning, database maintenance, and quality assurance
Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel (e.g. vlookup, pivot tables), and knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
This position will go from May 5th to August 8th (20 Hours/Week – Hybrid).
