Festival Coordinator, Archives and Digital Assets

Sundance Institute

The Festival Coordinator, Archives and Digital Assets, is charged with tracking and processing a wide variety of archival content, including ingesting digital assets into the Institute’s digital asset management system, updating archive records, and inventory of assets.

Additionally, the Coordinator is the primary point of contact for fielding incoming archives requests. This temporary position works full time (40 hours per week) from Monday, October 6, 2025 through Friday, February 20, 2026 and must be based within the greater Salt Lake City, UT area.

Top priorities include but are not limited to:

  • Acquiring, organizing, and preparing large quantities of photos and videos to ingest into the digital asset management system, includes making selects, adding required metadata, keywords/tagging, and rights-management data.
  • Using publications, internal documentation, and online research to confirm accurate metadata and conduct research as needed.
  • Using Photoshop and Lightroom to reformat and convert media into additional formats.
  • Monitoring and maintaining asset quality, metadata accuracy/reliability, and file integrity to support long-term preservation and access to assets.
  • Coordinating photo asset coordinator contractors and volunteers during the Sundance Film Festival.

Festival Associate Manager, Event Beverage Logistics
Festival Associate Manager, Event Beverage Logistics

Sundance Institute

The Festival Associate Manager, Event Beverage Logistics is charged with managing logistical planning for beverage needs for the Sundance Film Festival events.

This temporary position works full time from Wednesday, October 22, 2025 through Friday, February 13, 2026 and will be required to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends to meet key deadlines and respond to on-call needs.

Top priorities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborating with Events Department leadership and event leads to strategically assess event beverage needs, allocations, and distribution plans from past festivals and make adjustments for the current year.
  • Developing alcohol and beverage projections for Festival events.
  • Working closely with Festival Sponsors on representation, activations, recipes, and logistical needs.
  • Working with event caterers on planning for beverage services at events, including point of sales, training, recipe distribution, etc.
  • Meticulous tracking and documenting beverage consumption for each event.
  • Working closely with the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services on ordering products, staying within budget, arranging appropriate delivery windows for the Festival, and ensuring compliance with the state.

You have the following direct or transferable skill sets:

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver’s license and successful completion of MVR background check.
  • 3 years experience in beverage logistics, account management, relationship management, brand partnerships, events management, or related.
